Description of Service

CWLite is a field service management application that integrates with ConnectWise Manage. It provides mobile and web access to tickets, notes, time entries, and notifications. CWLite does not replace ConnectWise Manage — it provides a streamlined interface for field technicians and dispatchers.

  • You must notify your IT administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
  • Your account is provided and managed by your organisation

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use CWLite for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or other organisations' instances
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Use automated tools to access the service (except through approved APIs)

Data and Privacy

Your use of CWLite is subject to our Privacy Policy. Your organisation's data remains your organisation's property. We process it solely to provide the service.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance where possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CWLite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by your organisationin the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for data loss caused by ConnectWise Manage outages or API changes

Indemnification

Your organisation agrees to indemnify CWLite against claims arising from misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

  • Your organisation may stop using CWLite at any time
  • We may suspend access for violation of these terms
  • Upon termination, your organisation's data will be deleted within 30 days
